Services – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Barobynett Photography.

Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once a signed agreement and deposit (if applicable) are received.

• Full payment is due by or on the date of the shoot unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session may result in the deposit being retained.

• Barobynett Photography reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, unsafe weather or location conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Image Rights & Usage

• Barobynett Photography retains full copyright of all images.

• Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the images for personal use or any agreed commercial purposes.

• Images may only be used in the Barobynett Photography portfolio, website, social media, or printed promotional materials with the client's consent.

Delivery

• Final edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.
  ​

Liability

• Barobynett Photography is not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, severe weather, or other unforeseen events.

• In the unlikely event that images cannot be delivered, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the session.

GDPR & Privacy

• All personal data and images are handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

• Images will only be used for promotional purposes with the client's consent.
